At LUCKYLIGHT, all orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in China. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and verification before shipment. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is typically 5–15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times. In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays, which are beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor your delivery at any time. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
